This antique necklace, from the Late Victorian period, features geometric lines of gold, surrounding an Old Mine Cut Diamond, set in black enameling.  This lovely necklace ends in a natural pearl.  There is no loss to the enameling.  The clarity on the diamond is estimated at VS1 and carat weight is estimated at 0.08 (just under 1/10th carat).  The chain is newer and is not from the Victorian period.  Lavaliere is another name for these pendants.  If your wanting an antique necklace with a timeless, classic look, in excellent condition, this is it.  This pendant is over 100 years old.
