Art Deco Platinum Ring with Plenty of Diamonds
This Art Deco Ring is a step above the rest. An Old European Cut Diamond is centered in a divided square that is an unmistakable 1930's look, flanked on both shoulders with a mix of Single Cut Diamonds and a few White Sapphires. The clarity on the main diamond is estimated at VS2, and the clarity on the side stones ranges from at VVS2 to SI2, with the majority of them in the VS range. There are 2 side stones that are consistently testing as White Sapphires. All of the remaining side stones are testing as Diamonds. As for carat weight, the main diamond is estimated at 0.20 (1/5 carat), and the side stones are estimated at 0.02 each, for 0.40 carat total weight (a half carat is 0.50). These are some lovely diamonds, set in Platinum and Iridium (part of the Platinum family of metals). This is an original Art Deco Ring, not a reproduction.
