Mid-Century Glitz in 14kt White Gold and Diamonds Ring
A glamorous, sparkly Mid-Century ring comprised one 0.28 (just under 1/3rd carat) Old European Cut Diamond (tiny culet), surrounded by 4 Single Cut Diamonds (.02 carats each), inset into 14K White Gold. The diamonds are eye clean with great sparkle. Total estimated carat weight is .36 carat, ( over a 1/3rd carat). Clarity on the main diamond is estimated at VS1 or better, and color is estimated at F. This is an eye catching vintage ring, with a timeless look, that would make a nice right hand ring.

Stamped: 14K and Firecrest Acid Tests: 14K
Date: We found several advertisements for Firecrest, dated in the 1950's and early 1960's. They produced rings for major jewelry chains. By the 1960's the diamond cut had moved away from the Old European cut, which places this ring prior to the 1960's. Likely 1940's, early 1950's.
Weight: 2.5 grams or 1.6 dwt
Note: We do not remove stones from their settings and therefor stone weights may vary. We test all diamonds using the Gemlogis Ciel Diamond\Moissanite tester.
